    Avec ces demoiselles en jupes courtes, le martinet se donne très bien sur les cuisses nues et cela les obligerait à montrer les marques de la correction

    Oh my! Oh my! What a lovely story, B.
    And that most awesome photo is just beyond delightful (and stingy!) Oh my! Essential photo for our memoirs, B !!

    And most importantly B, before daughters graduate to the preferred "botty smacker" of the trusty lil' rattan cane or martinet (as show beautifully above) - always administered, of course, on the bare buttocks with panties pulled down; why they first have to endure an epoch over over the knee chastisement. For the duration - secured over mom or pop's knee with their botties ever so bare for a "good, Ol' fashioned, over the knee, panties down, bare bottom spanking" (as Sarah Gregory succinctly defines it)

    Your photo from On the Farm part 5 is the ultra- perfect example of this traditional task, pray, chore (prerogative) of good, strict parents and naturally ....the prerogative and fact of life for wayward daughters, B !

    Oh my! I vividly remember my own poor botty and my sister's botty rapidly turning from snow white to rose red under mom's firm hand, hairbrush or wooden spoon (with my protests & wailing duly ignored) And then yes, post-early years, our chubby, bare, sensitive botties subsequently needed to graduate to the rattan cane. Indeed, I strongly approved B..... (in retrospect of course. Doh !!! Boo-Hoo!)

    I then much later discovered this photo, for the first time, in the late 1970s in Janus magazine volume 8 number 3 (Spring 1979). It is an iconic, absolute classic still taken from The Riding Lesson. In fact, B, this photo adorned the front cover of that particular Janus edition !!! Oh my! I found that so mesmerizing & compelling at that time, B (I was age 20).

    That memorable year, 1979, was a great year for Janus, as the other pioneering silent films, The Gym Lesson and The School Lesson were also released. Those films had a big impact on me as a girl who had been strictly & lovingly raised in a traditional home with lots of corporal punishment as was routine & normal in the early 1960s.

    Moreover B, when I frequently have to suffer impossible princess brats running amok & terrorizing me and other customers in store today....."YEAH! Like WHATEVER !"
    Why, I will show their long suffering moms this photo as part of my patented, "mindfulness for moms - practical advocacy & guidance notes", B !!!!


    Yup! For sure. And as my strict, loving, sensible mother said to my sister and me all too often in the 1960s & 70s:

    " a stinging bottom right now will stop you getting into trouble when you gotten older. "

    Yes ! I AM gonna take your panties down, missy !
    SMACK! SMACK! SMACK! SMACK! SMACK! SMACK! SMACK!
    .......(rinse n repeat)
    Oh my! How right she was. Backside to the future ! Period.
