      Well, yes, the picture does seem accurate, for I do know that the schoolgirls at Oaks & Pines get their skirts raised & their knickers pulled down for the cane on their bare botties. Six of the best is the minimum.
      Pray, this is slightly unusual within a Western context, but then Switzerland has always been good at making its own rules :-)
