I think this senior schoolgirl here is now responsible enough to be allowed lift her own skirt & take her knicks down (to meet her long socks only) herself for the cane ? :-)

The sentence is passed. Permission is granted: To bare n bend for the baker's dozen. This schoolgirl has gravitas, experience & learning. Possibly Head Girl material, B. But alas, cane to bare botty is STILL the punishment for wayward, recalcitrant girls in this school.

So yes, B, Privilege is given for her to adjust her own clothing for punishment. But of alas, sadly, as a naughty girl, she must also lose other Privileges (namely her underpanties n skirt to feel the rattan rod on her naked buttocks). That is the punishment.
