I soooooo love drawing number 5, B. Mommy's princess panties, already :-) I believe the spanker here is depicted as the wonderful, ubiquitous, strict but kind Miss Elizabeth (of Strictmoor Academy & Sarah Gregory Momma Spankings fame) And I believe that the naughty, lil' bare bottomed princess is the lovely, "Old Fashioned Girl, Veronica "herself: whose awesome OFG website y'all still miss so much (defunct since in 2019 I recall)
I think that the artist commissioned this especially for Veronica's OFG website. And the scene is actually reminiscent of Miss Elizabeth spanking naughty lil' Sarah Gregory herself with her cute bunches, already (from an earlier vignette).
