Yes, the first one has the "je ne sais quoi" but the gif with the skirt taken down to reveal her lack of knickers raises two questions. Was she told to remove them before lowering her skirt? That would be an usual procedure. Or she wasn't wearing any knickers? That wasn't an unusual dare for naughty girls!
