Those crushingly cute martinets are normal and necessary en France! Available in all stores across the land, and designed to cause necessary discomfort to the bare, sensitive botties of naughty, precocious lil' princess brats! Bien sure!
Martinets are not meant to penetrate protective coverings. And so naughty girls always gotten it panties down, Cul Nu!
