    (Y'all girls remember those stingy chats, staring at the cane, strap, plimsoll or martinet ????!!!! Agile, uncomfortable, dislocated botty moments in time & memory!!!)

    And naturally, photo 5 (my fave!!!!!) is now the front cover of my memoirs. That is exactly lil' Ol' me getting a whuppin' from mom with the cane on my bare, white botty in the 1960s & 70s. A bunch of times already, alas, no less !!!! It was nothing but normal & necessary in our house. In y'all princess brat houses!!!

    The whole sequence is just soooo superlative, B. A normal & necessary smackabotties at home, exactly as it should be. That is the punishment, B. No naughty steps needed!!! No ma'am!!

    Cane to bare botty

    "Why do you always pull my knickers down for the cane, mom ? !" said Ella, photo 4.

    "Because it is punishment, Ella", said mom, photos 4 and 5.

    Dearest, B, I asked that question to my mom & gotten that same answer a bunch in the 1960s. It sure is the correct & only answer, B.

    This absolutely fabulous montage with Ella Hughes & a strict mom, is one of my real faves for 2023. And also a fave for your awesome blog with previous years as a whole.
    So I will soon be a grand age of 65, B....going on 45!!! Ha-ha! Oh my!
    Why, my gym sessions make me feel younger already, but I do feel that I am getting stricter, B. Why is this ? From my extensive research & consensus, I understand that this is normal for we jolly, good ladies of standing!!! Obviously, I do have am acute "Southern state" bias (Georgia mainly) in these matters & experience of smacked bottoms, although I do think y'all fellow moms in my local church strongly agree with moi!

    As you know, B, for decades, I have always advocated "cane to bare botty" as a disciplinary function for raising daughters (that was the punishment for me growing up)...and I do seem to be recommending this more often, B!!!! OK, a caveat is that the strap is more dominant than the cane in the South, but the good, strict intentions are crystal clear, B!!

    Photos 3, 4 and 5 are a wonderful, succinct, brief, superlative handbook & guidance notes reference for long suffering moms with recalcitrant daughters, B !!!! What a good trio of photos for advice on traditional, effective discipline.

    When I suffer the tantrums, potty mothed tirades, foot stomping & bad behaviour of princess brats terrorizing y'all in the mall or store - YEAH! LIKE! WHATEVER! - and even hitting their moms....why, I will show their moms these three photos on my phone, B, as an example of what need to happen to that dreadful lil' missy (ASAP on returning home) to mend her ways & curtail the bad brattitude!!!!
    Cane to bare botty is salutary and harmless. It is normal & necessary!

    A good six of the best is traditional. I always recommend a baker's dozen for the proper hornet's nest STING, B. Ergo - our mother always gave sister & me 12 strokes of the whippy-thin, rattan cane on our bare botties when we were naughty. That was the punishment. Oh my! GULP! We sure screamed & danced a bunch....but it was harmless. And it sure worked a treat! And so whatever bad antics we had done to mom to make her angry back in the 1960s & 70s....why, we sure did not do it again in a hurry, already!!!!

    Oh my! And as my mom suggested at all her coffee mornings with the lovely church moms: parents who care, cane! She always gotten such a lovely turn of phrase in her descriptions of strict traditional, family ways, religious mores & bare, red, well-smacked bottoms.

    As photos 3, 4 & 5 show, B, the cane is in the cupboard & it's just a quick, easy process skirt up, panties down, brief, stern scolding and then VOILA - a plenty bunch of stinging SAMCKS on bare buttocks for a good whooping & a well-deserved, much-needed sore botty! Princess then goes to her room for quite reflection & redemption. Job done. CP good. PC bad.
