    I gotten to call it the "unbearable stinging bottom", many moons ago (pun intended).
    This was after my mother used to tell me in my early years, in the 1960s, that "a stinging bottom right now will stop you getting into trouble when you gotten older, Brenda". How wise & correct she was, B.
    I remember it all so vividly, with my hands contained on my head, staring at the terrible cane, while my "last line of defense" (my cotton, white panties!!!) were travelling down to my knees...ergo, "the breeze on ya botty moment of truth!" Oh my! Rueful, nostalgic & salutary thoughts.
    ...It stings, B :-)

    Love the cobalt blue vests obvs. Oh my!
