Why, yes, I was totally immersed in and surrounded by these Spartan church-mons growing up in Georgia, B. ha-ha! Oh my! There were a fact of life, in abundance. And simply unavoidable!!
Miss Elizabeth is real mad! Her stern instincts take precedence, B. And as my own God-fearing mom used to say (a lot!) n the 1960s:- "a stinging bottom right now will stop you getting into trouble when you are older, young lady"....Boo-Hoo! Sure thing, B!!

Why, yes, absolutely B: "wasting my time, smacking your skirt"....love that! Oh my! That is so true.
Growing up at home, I always gotten my panties pulled down (by mom) at the very get-go, every stroke felt keenly on bare skin. Panties to knees only too, never removed. With 1950s, cotton, white knicks hugging just above my knees, it seemed to accentuate the bareness of my botty even more, already; which was more dramatic (& scary) from a psychological aspect when receiving the cane at a young age. So yes, I like panties pulled down right at the beginning. That is authentic.
You are just sooooo fiercely-kind, mean n nasty, stern & loving in your traditional, no-nonsense, redoubtable, strict manner dearest, B :-)
And that is how it should be.
