The first three photos are priceless: naughty lil' Charlotte and her wonderful, real-life mom, Deborah, who is real mad & has had enough, already!! "Mommy's best friend" AKA the trusty hairbrush to bare botty! How authentic & necessary. That was par for the course for daughters in yore!
I sooooooo love the second photo. Oh my!! (I'm powerfully remined of my own whoopings, bare botty over the sofa for mom's cane. Oh dear!)
"Hark that!" said the elderly, pious neighbours next door, as the hard, smack of leather against naughty bare buttocks resounded across the fence. Plus a bunch of loud bunny-wailing.
"Why, that naughty princess, Charlotte, is getting her bottom smacked again. And her fiercely-kind mother has clearly fetched the strap in earnest, already!"
"Yes, for sure, and not before time! That Charlotte's behaviour & brattitude has been impossible of late, but poor Deborah, God bless her, is a real superhero mom and never spares the rod of correction upon the seat of learning, thank the Lord. Peace and catharsis for y'all at last!"
