Well, all three I guess, B. I think bare bottom is the definitive here ? The standard translation. In my state of Georgia & the US as a whole, bare butt is common.
Back in the 1960s, bare backside was used a lot, with reference to punishment. It was old fashioned, naturally back then. Also "bare botty" as my mom said (which I love, as a scary reminder of childhood spankings & canings from my mom) which was ultimately derived from my very conservative, traditional, religious upbringing, with an English element going way back in yore (via immigration obviously) That is why sister & me gotten the cane, (British origins) which my mother also gotten as a naughty child in the 1930s and 40s. "Cul" is quite "common" in French... I would translate with bare butt or bare ass...
